Ontop Insurance Brokers Limited is a limited liability company registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission on 14th April 2005. The company is formed to engage in the business of insurance brokerage and risk management consultancy.
We commenced operations in our Head-office located in Lagos after due registration by the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) and licensing by the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM).
Ontop Insurance Brokers Limited will offer Insurance brokerage and risk management consultancy services to corporate, government institutions and individuals.

Mr Oladipo Awe

Chairman

Mr. Oladipo Awe is a brilliant lawyer and astute businessman. He is a graduate from University of Lagos in 1985. He began his career with the Federal Ministry of Justice as a state counsel between 1986 to 1987. In 1988, he joined Otunba Adeyanju Osijo & Co as a partner and later left in 1989 to join Mike Ezekhome & Co as a senior counsel. He left in 1990 as a deputy head of chamber and subsequently established his law firm- LADI AWE & Co in 1990 with emphasis in; General Legal Consultancy, Corporate Commercial Law Practice, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Properties and Marine Law. He is a Director and Chairman of many corporate organizations including; NOSAK FARM LTD, a company with an asset base of over #10 Billion, Real Properties Ltd, Hotel Solitude and Great Union Properties Ltd.

Dosunmu, Idris Abiodun

Director

Abiodun is a young graduate of Electronic/Electrical Engineering from University of Lagos Akoka. He started his career with Bluechip Technologies Limited as a Business Intelligence Analyst in 2019 and within his short stay with the company, he has led and participated in delivery of major data processes and analysis for business solutions. He also published a paper with Jordan Journal of Electrical Engineering and equally obtained a merit award from Etisalat, Nigeria.

Dosunmu, Abiodun L

Managing Director/CEO

Biodun career spans over 30 years in the Financial Services Industry. He has profound understanding of the Insurance and Financial Services Industry having been a key player. He is a proactive seasoned professional versed in delivering corporate objectives and strategy. He is an alumnus of University of Lagos, Akoka where he holds a Bachelor’s degree (Insurance), Bachelors of Law, and Masters of Science (Marketing). He is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (1995). He was called to the Nigerian Bar as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2007 and became a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) in 2008.
In light of his diverse experience within LASACO Assurance Plc, he was appointed as the Group Executive Director (Technical) in 2015. He thereafter joined Lagos Building Investment Company Plc (LBIC) in 2016 as Executive Director, Finance and IT and Later Executive Director, Operations. He left the bank in 2020 to set up Ontop Insurance Brokers Ltd and his private law practice BIODUN DOSUNMU & CO.
He was an examiner of Insurance Law with CIIN and a member of the Institute of Directors. Biodun is also a member of Ikoyi Club as well as Eko Club. He is happily married with children.

Orisadare Stephen Juwon

Insurance Executive

Stephen, was born in year 1988, he studied insurance at The Polytechnic of Ibadan and Federal Polytechnic Offa where he obtained his National Diploma (2012) and Higher National Diploma (2017) respectively. In 2013, Stephen started his career with Lasaco Assurance a composite Insurance and Financial services company as a support staff at their Plans and Programme Department, he contributes to the preparation of the company annual budget. After few month, he was transfer to Business Services and Risk Management Department, where he understudied the compliance officer on risk and compliance report to NAICOM. He left have completion of his industrial training to further his study. In 2018, Stephen joined Blue Cross Hospital as Billing and H.M.O Officer, where he was assigned to deal with patients bills settlement, complaints and regulatory guidelines. He later joined Famobis Hospital as Administrative and H.M.O Officer. In 2020, he was employed as data and inventory manager at Norland International, he helped to digitalize their sale report system, he left in 2021 and joined Ontop Insurance Brokers Ltd.
